Our Mission Statement
San Antonio Spike Fest was started to help develop and train players and teams for their upcoming season. The San Antonio area has a proud tradition of high school volleyball and it is our desire to help be a part of that great tradition by organizing and promoting opportunities for local athletes and teams to prepare for next season.
General Information
- Multiple levels of play.
- Games played on Monday or Wednesday evenings beginning at 5:00pm at various gyms in the San Antonio area.
- 8 game guarantee (2 games per night).
- End of league single elimination tournament on June 25
- The cost of the league is $675 per team* if signed up on or before April 13th, $775 after April 13th
- *A team consists of a minimum of 8 players and a max. of 10 players. If you have more than 10 players on a team, a fee of $70 per additional player will be charged. ($85 per player if added after April 13th)
- Multiple team discounts:
- 2 teams $1250 ($100 savings)
- $1450 (after April 13th)
- 3 teams $1775 ($250 savings)
- $2100 (after April 13th)
- All games officiated by TASO certified officials

- Game jersey and League T-shirt.
- 8 Games.
- League Championship Tournament Championship T-shirt for all tournament division winners.
- Opportunity to compete as a team during the summer to prepare for next season.

- Multiple levels of play to accommodate all teams from a school.
- Getting athletes involved in a summer program who are unable to compete in other club programs
Registration Guidelines
- Coaches have players fill out an Individual Registration Form (must have form for each player).
- Coaches collect forms and registration fee, assign players to the appropriate level team on the team sign-up form (min. 8 players), mail in all IRF’s with completed Team Sign-up Form with balance owed for team and that’s it!
Important Notes
- Players must stay in assigned team for duration of league.
- Full payment must be received by the deadline for team to be included in league.
- S. A. Spike Fest reserves the right to place teams in a level other than the one requested if it is viewed as necessary to insure competitive balance for the league.
- All players added after the team registration has been received, by S.A. Spike Fest, are subject to the appropriate additional player fee; even if the player does not cause the team to exceed 10 players.
- League games cancelled due to weather or site conditions will not be made up. Tournament games cancelled for the same reasons could be made up based on gym availability.
- No refunds will be given once schedules are set and uniforms are issued.
- AAU, club and other traveling or select teams are welcome!
- Each team must provide 2 volunteers for each game. One to run the scoreboard or keep official book and one for line judge.
- Admission fee of $2/adults and $1/students (not playing) will be charged at all games.
